Portal
Creating an account is a one-time process for each family and is not the same as registering for a particular class or program.
Create an account
Create a Jackrabbit Parent Portal account and save the login credentials.
Select programs
When registration opens, log in and select the classes or programs you would like to join.
Complete checkout
Add classes to the cart and complete checkout, including the first payment for every class or program.
Secure the seat
Once payment is processed, the seat is secure. If a program is full, turn on “view classes with waitlist.”
Waitlist
When a class is full
Turn on “view classes with waitlist” to join the list for a program. Checkout confirms the waitlist request, but no charge is made and no seat is secured at that point.
If a seat becomes available, Ghostlight may enroll the student and charge the first payment. Families are responsible for cancelling a waitlist request if they are no longer interested.
